[python] Jupyter notebook 安裝

最近機器學習越來越紅, python 程式語言在其中扮演一個重要的角色, 其中python 有一個好用的GUI, 可以每跑一段程式碼, 就顯現出結果, 有點類似其他程式語言中斷點的部分,  對於開發程式碼來說是一大利多, 不過要裝起來需要一點時間, 以下來做個筆記

首先, 先去下載python, 網誌如下: https://www.python.org/downloads/

安裝好之後, 進入command line, 如果是win10的話, 在搜尋的地方打cmd就會跑出來了

之後去找到python 安裝的資料夾, 找出其中Scripts資料夾的位址, 利用cd 指令, 到Scripts 資料夾, 之後輸入pip install jupyter, 即可開始安裝

安裝後, 輸入Jupyter notebook, 就可以開始使用了

[鼻咽癌] 鼻咽癌簡介

台灣算是鼻咽癌大國, 鼻咽癌病人不少, 門診有許多病人常問鼻咽癌的問題, 以下來做個簡介

1. 鼻咽癌的危險因子:
(1) EBV 病毒感染
(2) 客家人
(3) 愛吃醃製食品
(4) 抽菸

2. 分期(AJCC 8):

T:

Tx: 無法評估腫瘤大小
T0: 沒有找到腫瘤, 但是有EBV-positive 的頸部淋巴結
Tis: 原位癌
T1: 腫瘤吃到nasopharynx(鼻咽) +/- oropharnyx(口咽) +/- nasal cavity(鼻腔)
, 但沒有吃到parapharnygeal
T2: 腫瘤延伸到parapharyngeal space, and/or 相鄰的軟組織(medial pterygoid, lateral pterygoid, prevertebral muscles)
T3: 腫瘤吃到骨頭(skull base, cervical vertebra, pterygoid structures), and/or paranasal sinuses
T4: 腫瘤吃到顱內(cranial nerves, hypopharynx, orbit, parotid gland), and/or 吃超過lateral pterygoid muscle 的 lateral surface的軟組織

N:
Nx: 無法評估區域淋巴結
N0: 沒有區域淋巴結轉移
N1: 單側頸部淋巴結轉移, and/or 單側或雙側的retropharyngeal 淋巴結轉移, 小於等於6cm, 且未超過caudal border of cricoid cartilage
N2: 雙側頸部淋巴結轉移, 小於等於6cm, 且未超過caudal border of cricoid cartilage
N3: 單側或雙側頸部淋巴結轉移, 大於6cm, and/or 超過caudal border of cricoid cartilage

P.S. 之前之前一直覺得上面的淋巴結分類準則不夠完整, 因此去信詢問AJCC committee, 確認retropharyngeal node 大於6 cm 屬於 N3

M:
M0: 沒有遠端轉移
M1: 遠端轉移

3. 治療:

Stage I:  definitive RT(單用放射治療)
Stage II-IVA: CCRT(前面可以加induction chemotherapy(相關論文點此)或是後面可以加adjuvant chemotherapy)
