[腦瘤] glioma 相關整理

在2021年, WHO 針對CNS腫瘤發表新的分期, 其中成人的glioma被分成以下幾種

Adult-type diffuse gliomas
  Astrocytoma, IDH-mutant
  Oligodendroglioma, IDH-mutant, and 1p/19q-codeleted
  Glioblastoma, IDH-wildtype

Circumscribed astrocytic gliomas

  Pilocytic astrocytoma

  High-grade astrocytoma with piloid features

  Pleomorphic xanthoastrocytoma

  Subependymal giant cell astrocytoma

  Chordoid glioma

  Astroblastoma, MN1-altered

Glioneuronal and neuronal tumors

  Ganglioglioma (分類裡面有很多種, 但是這邊只列NCCN有提到的)

與此作對應, NCCN guideline 以及最新的2022 ASTRO guidelines 都做出相對應的調整, 以下就來細讀吧XD
