[淋巴癌] Extranodal Nasal-Type NK/T-cell Lymphoma

在臨床放射治療裡, Extranodal Nasal-Type NK/T-cell Lymphoma 算是久久會出現一次的淋巴癌, 既然會遇到的話, 還是要對其做個整理, 以下參考NCCN guideline, ILROG guideline 以及 PEREZ 來做個整理! Extranodal Nasal-Type NK/T-cell Lymphoma 對放射治療的反應非常好, 因此治療中經常會有放射治療的角色

initial work-up

History and PE, ENT 要看過, performance status, B symptom, CBC/DC, LDH, uric acid, complete metabolic panel, bone marrow biopsy, PET/CT, MRI, EBV viral load, cardiac echo(for anthracycline), 計算NK/T cell lymphoma 的prognostic score, 懷孕測試(如果要打化療)

Treatment

stage I,II:  看performance 決定是否打化療:

=> 不能打化療 -> RT alone or clinical trial

=> 可以化療 -> CT alone or CT combined with RT

stage IV:  CT alone or CT combined with RT
